LESSON SIX

Today i have the sixth item you must not do to have a STRESS FREE 'I DO' DAY.

6. DON'T OWE THE WEDDING VENDORS. If possible pay them off at least a day before the wedding.

From Wikipedia : A vendor, or a supplier, is a term that means anyone who provides goods or services to a company or individuals.
Typical wedding vendors are;  Food catering outfits, Bridal shops, decor, cake artistry, hair and make up e.t.c the list could go on and on dependent on the size of the wedding.

Where possible, pay up all your wedding vendors, and if there is any issue of distrust (make they no carry your money run), then keep the money secluded and handy for quick accessibility, for i assure you even before the end of the wedding reception, these vendors will come asking for their money.
The last thing you want, is to have to prematurely leave your own wedding reception, stressing on how and where to pay whatever money, deducting, balancing and double checking your wedding budget, or worse have an angry or impatient vendor creating a scene at your reception hall or house.

Don't fall for the excuse that monies made after the wedding could be used to settle any debt, i always advice intending brides to keep the wedding budget in line with their purse. Any money received after the wedding from guests, relations and well wishers should be welcomed as an unexpected surprise, which could offset the honeymoon bills, or absorb any financial strain that might occur after the wedding.
