Kate Upton appears on the cover of the November issue of Cosmopolitan.

Upton’s photo shoot took place at a farm in Warwick, NY, and in the photo above, Kate is wearing a bralet from the new Cosmopolitan Collection for JCP, with shorts by Rag & Bone.
