Wanted Intervention
Michael Lohan was NOT ALONE in orchestrating an emergency intervention on Lindsay Friday -- there are emails proving that her ENTIRE team, including her lawyers and her manager ... were 100% on board.
The emails are between Michael, Evan Hainey (LiLo's manager) Dave Feldman (entertainment lawyer) and Shawn Holley (criminal defense lawyer). The emails were sent between Sept. 23rd and Oct. 18th (the day before Michael's intervention).
Michael emailed Evan and Shawn on Sept. 23rd, claiming he had been informed by several people Lindsay was "drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day" adding, "I have seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau."
Michael continues, "She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick!"
Michael then pleads, "I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to LA toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness!"
LiLo's manager Evan responds the same day to Michael and Shawn, "I am hearing the same things." Evan continues, Lindsay will fly back to L.A. Oct 15th -- and they should plan an intervention for that week.
Lindsay's lawyer Shawn responds unequivocally, "Let's do it."
On Oct. 12th Michael and LiLo's entertainment lawyer, Dave, sent multiple emails to each other -- planning a conference call with a well-known interventionist, named Earl Hightower.
Then on Oct. 18th (the day before the intervention) Michael sent an email to Evan ... revealing a plan to confront LiLo at her Bev Hills home.
According to text messages from Oct 19th, which we have also seen, the group decided Michael would confront LiLo FIRST ... and everyone else would show up afterwards.
The emergency intervention floundered -- Michael showed up to Lindsay's pad, but she turned him away and called the cops ... which put a kabosh on the whole thing.
Not again Lindsay! not again!

Mission accomplished for one of Justin Bieber's biggest fans -- a little girl who is fighting cancer, got a private meeting with JB after a huge social media campaign.
4-year-old Hailey Roser was all smiles during the 5 minute pow wow backstage with the Biebs before his concert in Milwaukee tonight.
Hailey's parents started the "Healing Hailey" campaign on Twitter and Facebook after she was diagnosed with a brain tumor in August -- and a few weeks ago one of the campaign's followers called in to TMZ Live to spread the word.
I pray the African in particular our Nigerian celebrities pick a thing or two from their foreign counterparts. They should get committed and am not talking about occasional acts of charity like a casual visit to an orphanage, but fully spearhead at least one charitable cause, constantly raising awareness about it, hosting events to raise funds for it and investing their time and resources to champion it. Such sacrificial acts of giving, opens up the doors of heaven and attracts abundant good measure and prosperity.

The Nets have moved from New Jersey to New York and now Kris Humphries is doing the same and moving into a swanky new Manhattan apartment ... for a whopping $8,000 A MONTH!!!!
Sources close to Kris say he is renting a 1,277 square-foot luxury pad in the über expensive Battery Park neighborhood of Manhattan ... which is setting him back a cool $8,140 a month.
Kris can sure afford it, having just inked a two-year deal with the Nets this summer worth $24 mil. In fact, we're told the reason he's moving is to be closer to the city and his team -- which is now in Brooklyn.
Thank Goodness he finally seems to be getting his life back after all the Kardashian drama.
CHRISTINA AGUILERA Plump $3 Million Offer from 'BIG' Women Dating Site
Christina Aguilera's Rubenesque physique could pay off in a huuuuge way -- she's been offered $3 MILLION to be the face of a dating website for "big and beautiful" women.
The person behind the offer is former "America's Next Top Model" winner Whitney Thompson -- the first plus-size model to even win the show.
Whitney now runs TheBigandTheBeautiful.com -- and fired off a letter to Aguilera, saying she's extremely interested locking down Christina as the spokesperson for the website, which is "specifically designed for women with curves."
As part of the deal, Aguilera would agree to at least one TV commercial, one radio commercial, two photo shoots, and four public appearances. She also wants Christina to sing a jingle for the website.
Christina has previously said she's proud of her new "curves," but it's unclear yet if she's too proud to take the money.
Katy Perry Performs Touching Duet With Autistic Girl For Comedy Central's 'Night Of Too Many Stars'
Katy Perry performed a heart-warming duet of her hit "Firework" with 11-year-old Jodi DiPiazza, an autistic musical prodigy from Rochelle Park, New Jersey, during the taping for this year's "Night of Too Many Stars," which airs tonight at 8pm on Comedy Central.
The duet stole the show at the annual charity event staged by the cable network, which will help raise funds to help people living with autism -- like Jodi, who was diagnosed shortly before she turned two-years-old. The girl's parents were once told she might never be able to communicate with them through speaking, according to MSN.com, but now she studies at the Mannes College of Music Prep in New York and is "thriving," according to London's Daily Mail.
