The reality star flaunted the four-pronged star shaped ring as she made her way into the studio, showing off her new pregnancy curves in the pretty lace outfit.
Kim also tweeted a picture of the ring, writing alongside the shot: 'Twinkle twinkle little star.'
Kim finished off her dress with a pair of black and gold strappy pointed heels, and wore her long raven hair tied up in a high ponytail.
The 32-year-old star completed her look with a slick of red lipstick, and pouted for the cameras as she headed inside for the interview alongside her sister Kourtney
