To have sex with no protection

To persevere through pain to birth life

To instinctively respond to the needs of another

The ability to work and pray ceaselessly for the wellbeing of another

To lose sleep and still function effectively subsequently 

To always and willingly put your needs second, third or fourth as the case arises

To give with the hope of being given in return

To cater while subduing the need to be catered for in return 


What does it take to be a good mother 

To provide even when it entails self deprivation

To possess the dual sim capacity to support network demands from both father and child

To believe when hope seems lost and give beyond what is required for the home

To nurture life and become a source of inspiration through life journeys

To stoop to conquer where others tried but failed.
